Job Description:
The Specialist Analytics: Process Solution and Improvement will be responsible for cultivating and managing constructive working relationships with Business Stakeholders. Co-ordinating and Reporting on improvement initiatives within Vodacom with a specific focus on Process Improvements, Risk mitigation, and Risk awareness. Providing Specialist support to the Forensic Division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring correct and relevant reconciliations between online transitions and financial institutions are in place.
- Reconciliations across online payment methods.
- Co-ordinate and Report on improvement initiatives across the Online, CBU, and EBUchannels.
- Provide Specialist support to the forensics team and Business Stakeholders.
- Creating monthly/weekly reports on fraud findings/ causes/ recommendations and statistics with support from Senior Specialists.
- Extracting and Consolidating Information for the Forensic Department to aid in investigations.
- Principal Specialist Process Solution and Improvement.
- Communication on and Co-ordination of Process and System improvement initiatives.
- Interfacing with the Customer Experience team to ensure communication through touchpoints are consistent and ensure correct processes are in place to support the communication.
Job Requirements:
- Sound Analytics skills.
- Intermediate / Advanced SQL (PLSQL) and/or Informix.
- Experience with system processes and data structures.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Has extensive knowledge of Vodacom’s Products, Services, and Business Processes.
- Presentation and communicating skills.
- 3-year Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent.
- Matric is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tactically astute, with a proven track record in the delivery of challenging business results.
