Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuous liaison with clients (internal and external)
• Collect and process meter readings
• Continuous communication with the Municipality regarding queries or mistakes on accounts
• Distribute meter readings to the relevant Municipalities
• Open and close Municipal accounts when needed
• Establishing services needed on VKB’s properties
• Calculate and provision for outstanding Municipal accounts
• Reconciliation and verification of Municipal accounts by comparing accountings and rates
• Ensure that all properties’ accounts are correct and up to date
• Update Municipal Control Database on a continuous basis
• Contact person between VKB and the Municipality
• Continuous verification of meter readings

Qualification & Experience:

• Grade 12/NQF4
• Previous experience within a similar role will serve as recommendation (Administrative)
• Computer literate in MS Office package.
