Tsebo Catering Vacancies – Audio Visual Assistant

Job Description:

Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Audio Visual Assistant who will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective audio-visual service for clients and guests of Unilever in a manner that achieves the objectives of Unilever by proactively implementing and administering AV workplace services in accordance with the Master Service Agreement.  Responsible for providing support to the Technical Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all audio-visual and related equipment is asset tagged and registered in the Client asset register
• Manage conflict
• Ensure an easy to use ‘user guide’ is available within all rooms
• Work with processes and procedures in such a way that operational efficiencies and performance are enhanced
• Liaise with Client IT to rectify issues relating to the Unilever infrastructure and ensure you follow through to ensure communications are not negatively affected
• Attend to and resolve all client queries timeously or escalate when necessary
• Assist Client in recommendations and procurement of additional audio-visual equipment
• Follow up and follow through on all escalated queries timeously
• Provide help and assistance in setting up of the rooms and continuous monitoring of the audio-visual equipment as required
• Provide assistance to TFS and client requirements for the provision of assistance in the movement of packages, materials and other such items (including but not limited to furniture, displays, courier items etc) around the site
• Update and maintain all relevant records in relation to audio-visual equipment and systems
• Compile and prepare stats as and when required

Qualification & Experience:

• Matric
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in audio visual services, maintenance and setups in a similar environment
• Computer literate on MS Office packages – MS Word, Outlook, Excel
• Minimum 2 years Audio Visual systems experience
