Job Description:
Achieving volume and profitability targets with the customer account on an area level. To ensure implementation of the agreed regional customer activity plan/promotional grid.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse information
- Conduct customer reviews
- Develop a customer proposal/presentation
- Develop and apply area customer contact strategy
- Present proposal to the customer
- Secure agreement for the proposal
- Develop area customer activity plan
- Interpret and report on information
- Monitor, review and evaluate proposal
- Monitor and execute area promotional plan
- Gather and process data
Job Requirements:
- Decision making based on supporting data
- Persuasive selling skills and techniques
- Customer needs and objectives
- Aptitude for statistics and figures
- Customer / trade dynamics
- POP Strategies
- Category strategy
Qualification & Experience:
- 4 years appropriate experience
- 2-3 years in FMCG environment
- 1-year minimum experience in account management preferable
- 3–4-year diploma/degree
