Job Description: You are a trusted, strategic adviser. You support the implementation and management of quality management systems and HACCP. Manage measuring and testing equipment and processes. You will lead the quality improvement program. Support innovation & change, manage people ,culture and linkage . Job Responsibilities: Ensure adherence and maintenance of QMS administration Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders Implement, monitor & review HACCP studies Test incoming raw material and drive compliance to specification Drive & track quality KPI’s Participate in business unit and group community of practices Act as Custodian of quality gate keeping (TIP) proce Decide final disposition for non-conformance product ( Product non-conformance management) Under the direction of the Category Quality Manager, you implement quality systems Implement ,maintain and test site traceability systems Champion quality culture building activities Coordinate and host external audits Site custodian of all specifications and ensure adherence Ensure compliance to all relevant legal, statutory and internal requirements/standards and validation thereof Oversee laboratory operations and adhere to safety standards Coordinate and drive site MECP quality pillar Lead quality loss reduction project Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications in natural science/engineering Familiarity with project management approaches Experience in managing external audits Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing TQM or Quality qualification advantageous (TPM/WCM/Lean) 2 years experience in facilitating leadership teams Job Details: Company: Tiger Brands Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
