Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available within TFG Store Development for a proactive, organised individual to join the Store Facilities team. Allow your passion for retailing, confidence and motivation to add value in this dynamic division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing emergency store repairs to ensure store trading requirements are maintained
- Obtaining and approving suppliers / contractors quotes
- Working on SAP
- Ensuring timeous processing of invoices
- Assisting the Store Facilities Supervisor with collating financial / management reports as required
- Ensuring SLA are achieved / maintained with all TFG trading divisions
- Building and maintaining relationships with Divisional field management
- Resolving Suppliers’ non-adherence to deadlines
- Providing proper and accurate feedbacks to all concerned parties as well as weekly reports
- Monitoring and addressing store branch maintenance requests including sourcing relevant contractors

Job Requirements:
- Prior store experience (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
- Deadline driven
- The ability to communicate at all levels (including contractors and suppliers)
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- An organised, thorough and systematic approach
- Matric
- Min 2yrs experience in an admin support role
- The ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Previous experience in processing invoices
- Technical understanding in matters like lighting, audio systems, air-conditioning, security and standard equipment
- maintenance (advantageous)
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Good attention to detail
- High level of assertiveness
