Job Responsibilities: Prioritizing emergency store repairs to ensure store trading requirements are maintained Obtaining and approving suppliers / contractors quotes Working on SAP Ensuring timeous processing of invoices Assisting the Store Facilities Supervisor with collating financial / management reports as required Ensuring SLA are achieved / maintained with all TFG trading divisions Building and maintaining relationships with Divisional field management Resolving Suppliers' non-adherence to deadlines Providing proper and accurate feedbacks to all concerned parties as well as weekly reports Monitoring and addressing store branch maintenance requests including sourcing relevant contractors Budgeting Job Requirements: Prior store experience (advantageous) Working knowledge of SAP (advantageous) Deadline driven The ability to communicate at all levels (including contractors and suppliers) Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel An organised, thorough and systematic approach Matric Min 2yrs experience in an admin support role The ability to work in a pressurised environment Good interpersonal skills and a customer service focus Previous experience in processing invoices Technical understanding in matters like lighting, audio systems, air-conditioning, security and standard equipment maintenance (advantageous) Strong numerical and analytical ability Good attention to detail High level of assertiveness Job Details: Company: The Foschini Group - TFG Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Cape Town North, Western Cape, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
