Job Description:
This role requires art direction and the ability to follow and assist in building on a design system that will scale in line with our ambitions. We aim to create a cross-functional team within an environment where the collective ideas and craft of the team are nurtured and enabled.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the design team.
- Ability to translate data for use in creating content across channels and platforms: email, website, app, social media.
- Gain insights and inspiration from the local design landscape.
- Understanding and appreciation of interface, responsive, and user-centered design.
- Deliver, ensure and maintain a high quality of work.
- Ability to preserve and push brand guidelines for content creation.
- Have a thorough understanding of digital formats across social media and online advertising.
- Create outstanding campaign toolkits within the brand guidelines and rollout across channels and platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Self-starter with exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent layout skills.
- 4+ years of working experience in digital design.
- Basic knowledge of the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).
- Proficient in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Basic Figma understanding.
- Creative problem solver with high levels of attention to detail.
- Graphic design degree or similar.
