Job Description: To clarify business requirements, documenting associated user stories and acceptance criteria, through in-work collaboration with business stakeholders, cross functional teams and product owners contributing to the accurate and effective end-to-end delivery of expectations. Job Responsibilities: Identify user journeys which map out how a user will go through the system and support showcasing stories to affected stakeholders in collaboration with user experience teams. Support user experience team to ensure that processes, wire frames and content are optimally intuitive to end-users. Facilitate and steer discovery/inception workshops to create a shared understanding of user needs and the potential technology solution required to deliver to these needs. Manage the backlog for the feature team, accounting for the identification of activities needed to fulfil each item in the backlog, outlining and prioritising these before the next sprint, identifying missing requirements and or blocked stories and clarifying any ambiguity ensuring requirements are fully understood and delivered by the team. overlap with scrum master. Guide the clarification of business requirements, design and document requirements, aligning effective end-to-end delivery of expectations in line with achievement of business strategy. Contribute to product management by prioritising blocked stories to other iterations and identify new stories to replace them in the current iteration, enabling flow and achievement of objectives. Implement the necessary controls, standards and processes ensuring that requirements map back to the business value and that all stakeholders understand and concur with the desired requirement. Collaborate within the feature team to ensure that stories are delivered effectively, and quality standards are adhered to. Facilitate and coordinate the review of user stories with the Product Owner, in support of achievement of business strategy and validating that the product meets the business goals. Qualification & Experience: 5-7 years understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams. First Degree in Information Technology and Agile certification. Experience in developing requirements for creation of a solution/application from scratch 5-7 years proven experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management and analysing business needs and provide solutions, working in an agile environment.
