Job Description:

We are looking for Team Leaders in the Voice Branch (Contact Centre) to build and develop resources and environments to enable the team to achieve its desired vision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data, analytics and reporting
  • Grow and create value in conversing with customers, identify value demand opportunities
  • Meet customer expectations
  • Determine customer requirements
  • Effective people management (e.g. perform to grow, recruitment, skills development, reward and recognition).
  • Successful delivery of outputs/metrics such as Customer Satisfaction Ratings
  • Risk and compliance

Qualification & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the procedures and the interdependencies of the various functions performed in Branch (Voice and Physical).
  • 5-7 Years’ Previous experience in the front line.
  • NQF Level 5/A FAIS Accredited degree or equivalent in business commerce
  • RE5 Advantageous
  • Knowledge of retail and commercial products required for understanding the context of stated customer demands.
