Job Description: The Change manager will primarily be responsible for identifying and implementing financial process improvements which support Product Controls’ reconciliation and substantiation of the balance sheet and income statement for GM, including daily Profit and Loss reporting and validation process. This role will include building relationships with internal and external stakeholders (to the division) to drive change initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Reconcile deals on balance sheet back to source systems and across businesses (for intragroup transactions). Example, hedge account derivatives with Liberty, Stanlib, etc. Provide support to ensure successful and timely completion of internal and external audit engagements Responsible for signing off on the validity, accuracy and completeness of the balance sheet of each business. A standardized control environment and reporting framework for GM. Face off to Business on certain GM desks on P&L issues Action projects specific to the Global Markets trading desks Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide necessary information. Responsible for identifying and executing on GM Product Control Change. Qualification & Experience: 5-7 years Excellent banking knowledge with preference to candidates with prior exposure to investment banking and derivative products At least 5-7 years experience in Product Control. Experience in a change role is preferable.
