This is a unique opportunity for the right therapist who is passionate about clients reaching their goals to gain body confidence. The employer would require you to have a natural interest in health and wellbeing alongside a high level of professionalism and sensitivity to the clients needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will monitor the clients journey from their first consultation and weekly ongoing treatments.
- Full training for our machines is provided.
- You will ensure full client satisfaction by offering advice and post treatment aftercare.
- As a practitioner you will be responsible for performing high quality treatments whilst maximising any potential sales opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a natural interest in health and wellbeing and the passion to see clients succeed.
- Minimum of 4 years experience with 2 based in an aesthetic environment.
- CIBTAC/CIDESCO is desirable.
- Proven experience of working to sales targets.
- Diary management and administration-Including performing consultations, responsible for explaining price plans and discussing the treatment in detail.
- Qualification in body electrical machines, full training will be given for our machines.
- Qualified to level 3 or level 4.
- Organised and has strong interpersonal customer service skills.
- Proven sales skills.
- IT competency.
