Job Responsibilities:

  • Authorising leave, absenteeism and various other Human Capital related data
  • Ensuring compliances to the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Policies and Procedures.
  • Be able to analyse, compare and interpret information and make appropriate findings
  • Coordinating Recruitment, Engagement and Placement processes as well as Terminations
  • Coordinating the Employee Relations processes including Medical Incapacitations, Disciplinary Hearings and Counselling Sessions
  • Compiling ad-hoc HR progress reports and performing any other related administrative duties
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical abilities, problem solving skills and pay attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate above average interpersonal skills
  • Processing leave, absenteeism and various other Human Capital related data
  • Performance management and development of subordinates
  • Collating Human Capital information and documentation to ensure accurate and timeous administration of daily, monthly and quarterly Human Capital processes and reporting
  • Maintaining and updating the Symplexity Systems Records
  • Be able to coordinate and plan various Human Capital related processes and execute these tasks to strict requirements
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to detail
  • Liaising with various internal / external stakeholders and addressing Human Capital queries

Job Requirements:

  • Have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as be able to efficiently maintain communication channels with various stakeholders.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years appropriate Employee Relations, Manning and Human Capital Administration.
  • Be fully proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Labour planning management, Annual planning, Monthly Planning, Crew management, Org Unit management, and all related reporting systems (ESS, Symplexity, I-Wise bonus system).
  • Be able to display an in-depth knowledge of Labour Legislation , the BCEA , LRA and Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours on an ad-hoc basis.
