Sibanye Job Vacancies – Administrator Planned Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

• Load all new and refurbished equipment warranties on SAP DMS via a MA Notification.
• This role is responsible to assist the Planned Maintenance Officer in the coordination, facilitation and management of the maintenance management programme for Mines and Plants by providing planning, control systems and maintenance of policies and strategies for the management of equipment whilst optimising the interface with other Mine and Plant systems and functions.
• Record daily call-out reports and ensure a linked call-out work order is recorded on SAP PM.
• Effective coordination of the Company’s planned maintenance program.
• Maintain a physical filing system for all work orders and maintenance of signification equipment.
• Capture work order feedback information accurately in SAP PM.
• File all completed work orders as per filing retention periods.
• Assist in administration of tracking equipment movement on shaft/plant for the purposes of dismantling/installing equipment on SAP PM that is moved between shafts/plants or between levels within a shaft or places on a plant done by the Planner.
• Create subsequent work orders and/or notifications for follow-up work from a routine work order inspection.
• Load 3rd party inspection reports on SAP DMS linked to the Equipment on SAP PM via a MA Notification.
• Run SAP PM and MM reports.
• Record and maintain Asset Management KPI reports other than being reported centrally.
• Load actions on subsequent work orders and/or notification for follow-up work.
• Scan and attach all 3rd party inspection reports to the original work order on SAP PM.

Job Requirements:

• Basic level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
• Working knowledge of client disciplines – Metallurgy, Mining, Engineering
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Ability to schedule and manage maintenance activities
• Understanding of Engineering Policies, Procedures and Standards
• Ability to plan and organize
