To manage a Medirite pharmacy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing campaigns
- People and enabling capacity management/Resourcing
- Sales
- Pharmacy administration
- Housekeeping
- Compliance
- Budget management
- Customer service
- Resolve escalated operational issues
- Stock control
- Manage cross-functional relationships e.g. with Prescribers, Suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office
Job Requirements:
- Unisolv experience
- Computer literacy – MS Office skills
- Sound numerical skills
- Marconi experience (advantageous)
- Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation
- Knowledge of financial management principles and systems
- Good language skills – fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Knowledge of Retail operations (Advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer centric skills
- Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems
- Effective conflict management skills
Qualification & Experience:
- BPharm degree/ equivalent qualification
- Registered as a pharmacist at the pharmacy council (SAPC)
- Experience in managing staff
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment
- Registered as a tutor
