Job Description:

To plan, manage and support tactical IT projects and perform all support activities within the specified wholesaler area. Job Objectives entails: To plan and manage all activities within the area of technology and within his/her responsibility, to ensure timely and effective communication with the project team, the project stakeholders, and the business support users, to effectively manage the day to day IT operations within the specified wholesaler area and to efficiently manage vendor relationships and deliverables within the specified IT environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely and effective communication with the project team, the project stakeholders, and the business support users.
• To efficiently manage vendor relationships and deliverables within the specified IT environment.
• To plan and manage all activities within the area of technology and within his/her responsibility.
• To effectively manage the day-to-day IT operations within the specified wholesaler area.

Job Requirements:

• Exposure to vendor management (3years)
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Broadly skilled in information and communication technology (5years)
• Knowledge of all stages of systems development from specification to implementation (5years)
• Problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 years Experience in Cloud Solutions (AWS)
• 3 years experience in supporting software applications
• IT-related Diploma / Degree
• 5 years Experience within an IT application support position
• 3 years of experience working on projects in Agile.
