Job Description:

This role is responsible for implementing people processes; improving HR processes, practices and systems to achieve enhanced effectiveness and efficiency; and proactively supporting and educating employees and line management on HR processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Increased HR process efficiencies in business.
• Has an in-depth understanding of HR processes, highlights any inefficiency and recommends corrective actions.
• Uses HR technology and systems to analyse and interpret relevant HR data.
• Understands all remuneration and benefits principles, policies and procedures and can explain them clearly to employees and line managers.
• Relevant analytics facilitating effective decision making based on empirical information and accurate data.
• Supports and articulates vision and values and goals aligned to business direction.
• Accurate and reliable calculations and reports.
• Does calculations and formulae related to remuneration and benefits
• Effective implementation of relevant HR solutions
• Accurate calculation of remuneration, rewards and benefits.
• Personal development plan executed
• Compiles and presents meaningful HR reports through interpretation, comparisons and trend analyses.
• Assists in providing a first line labour relations consulting service.

Job Requirements:

• The systematic computational analysis of data or statistics
• A continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers and clients, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs
• Understanding the rules, regulations, sanctions and other statutory requirements, guidelines and instructions relating to governing bodies and organizations, both internally and externally.
• The action of working with someone to produce something

Qualification & Experience:

• University Bacherlor’s Degree
• 4+ relevant years
