Job Description:

To lead innovation and manage continuous process improvement and the design of multi-faceted business process solutions across the business process management life cycle of Trusts. To provide insight and ensure compliance with all new and proposed legislation (including influencing legislation) to achieve sustainable business results in support of the enterprise strategy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess the impact of all new and proposed legislation on SARS and its business operations Interpret, simplify and convey complex problems/ concepts (of technical and legal nature).
  • Provide periodic revised legislative impact reports to give insight to Business, in order to prioritise strategic and short-term initiatives and utilise to realign APP plan.
  • Manage multiple internal Executive stakeholders and external industry leaders/innovators.
  • Provide inputs into the enterprise strategy and translate this into innovative ideas / solutions to solve complex enterprise focus areas / problems.
  • Manage complex and integrated multifunctional analysis of complex problems.
  • Partner with next level managers & specialists in process design and compliance to promote organisational policy & related integration requirements.
  • Manage the design of multilayer solutions (strategy to lowest level detail) to complex enterprise problems.
  • Conduct impact analyses against business processes and provide insight to business in order to make informed decisions.
  • Regularly report on the scope and detail of developments and provide advice on the scope and impact of changes.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the roles and deployment of change execution
  • Ability to observe and provide constructive performance feedback
  • Ability to utilize statistical assessment to quantify opportunities and to achieve process optimization
  • Develop deep understanding of product dynamics across the value chain
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of business process modeling concepts and their respective application(s)
  • An in-depth understanding of SARS specific domains

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education/ Qualifications (minimum requirements and desirable): B.Tech / B.Eng / B.Sc./CA/law. Preference will be given to Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering qualifications (with in-depth know how of systems /design thinking and implementation) or CA/Law with Trust qualification
  • CA/Law with knowledge and experience in Trusts
  • Relevant YEARS OF Experience (minimum requirements and desirable) 5 Years’ experience in engineering at Senior Management level
  • Experience in product development, process and systems enhancements or
