Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading change management workstreams with a structure methodology/process.
• Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
• Support coaching and training to employees as it relates to change management initiatives.
• Manage change requests and review planned changes.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of organizational change management activities and recommending actions to resolve issues.
• Analysis of operational changes and assess the change impact.
• Supporting the development of communications and the creation of communication channels relevant to change initiatives in partnership with Leadership and Marketing.
• Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
• Communication with the affected employees
• Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.

Qualification & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Economics, Management, Organisational Change Management or Human Resources.
• Experience within the Financial Services Industry
• A minimum of five years-experience in change management or similar positions is advantageous, as is experience and knowledge of HR and project management best practice and employment legislation. Candidates will also require sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies.
