Job Responsibilities: Keep abreast of any developments within our partners and manage the portfolio of business through analysis, interpretation and decision making Maintain a healthy business relationship at a strategic and operational level Achieve and maintain our Broker Direct strategy and deliver on targets (New Brokers on-boarded, Quotes and Sale volumes, GWP, Sale Conversion ratios and Loss ratio tracking) Responsible for all Broker Direct contracting and adherence to any governance and legislative requirements.
