Job Description: To coordinate and uphold specified HR/D processes for Corporate Office Job Responsibilities: Coordinate new training uploads on LMS Capture Medical and Induction completion for Corporate on Staffbook Book accommodation when required Process all training invoices Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc. Coordinate GIT training program and include all stakeholders Coordinate Bursary & GIT Recruitment Capture all training on LMS for Corporate Administrate HR Systems (SAP HR, COUPA, Direct Hire, LMS) Quarterly bursar visits at universities Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox) Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status Coordinate and manage all Bursars and GIT’s Assist with Recruitment process when required Manage compliance of all legal training requirements for Corporate Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.) Job Requirements: Demonstrate understanding of transformative elements of the HRD legislation (Skills Development Act) Demonstrate and apply an understanding of Labour Relations Act (Act 66 of 1995) Demonstrate and apply an understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997) Qualification & Experience: Microsoft Office 1 year experience in Human Resources environment COUPA system Human Resources Management National Diploma or Degree HR Systems (SAP HR, Direct Hire, LMS) Job Details: Company: Samancor Chrome Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Sandton, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
