SAB Internships 2025 – Demand and portfolio manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Portfolio Review and relative sections in Demand Review, Supply Review & Exec S&OP’s and weekly S&OE’s as per Portfolio LCP.
• SKU Discontinuation: Manage process to discontinue agreed SKU’s while optimizing Obsolescence vs MACO including master data and transactional data
• Commercial Enrichment and Collaboration (commercial/marketing calendars, events, promotions, NPDs, discons, collaboration forums set up and driven)
• Volume Sign-off and Release (drive demand review and exec S&OP processes with appropriate reporting) Performance Tracking and Analysis (forecast accuracy, bias, Obsolescence, constraints, scenarios)
• New or changed SKUs : Lead volume triangulation & validate demand volumes with Sales & Marketing, review supply capacity, production & materials impact, MOQ, batch sizes and agree parameters with Supply, Logistics, Procurement, Sales & Marketing
• Innovation SKU Planning Process : Project management, hyper care, commercialization
• Generate Statistical Forecast (best fit models run over appropriate horizons and disaggregation)

Job Requirements:

• Must be capable of communicating effectively cross functionally with middle and senior management
• Capital investment and marketing evaluation skills
• Statistical, quantitative skills
• Ideal candidate would have experience in sales, marketing, business analytics, manufacturing or supply chain logistics planning
• Excellent presentation, report drafting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Knowledge of sales, marketing, distribution, manufacturing management systems and processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or Sciences
• MBA degree (preferred)
• 7+ years sales, marketing, manufacturing, planning or supply chain disciplines in an FMCG environment
