Job Description:

RCL FOODS is seeking a respectful, confident, curious, and energetic Assistant Brand Manager that is passionate about markets, categories, brands & shoppers/consumers, to join our Marketing Team. The role will be based at our Head Office in Durban and report to the Brand Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for a brave candidate, who takes initiative, and is assertive. The role requires good communication skills & persuasiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and process office invoices from suppliers.
• Create and maintain a database of brand-related market research and analysis.
• Coordinate the innovation documents & updates on the database.
• Ongoing budget management.
• Maintain and safeguard records, reports, and NPD files.
• Manage project timeline creation & tracking.
• Collating information for monthly business updates to stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• A diploma/ degree in marketing or business management (3 years)
• Valid Code EB drivers’ license
• 2- 3 years of relevant experience in an FMCG environment
