Job Description:

Accountabilities for this role include basic systems analysis, interpreting and executing test plans and developing specifications. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists solution construction including programming, systems testing and correction of programme models.
• Interprets and executes test plans, or assists in developing test plans in conjunction with Systems Analyst, Senior Analyst Programmer or Business Analyst.
• May coach and mentor junior / new staff (programmer).
• May work under supervision
• Develops technical specifications / program specifications and some systems documentation.
• Responsible for basic systems analyst functions.
• May assist with analysing system design requirements.
• Could advise Management on effective applications, covering areas such as maintenance, support, man-machine interface and data management requirements.
• Provides sizing and scoping for development work required
• May take the task lead with smaller work initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Working in a scrum environment
• Problem solving abilities should be strong, due to the nature of the environment
• Financial Services experience advantageous
• Aspx, Batch Processing, C#.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, MVC Razor
• Should have the ability to cope with Production Support demand and BAU requirements
• AWS Cloud experience advantageous
• Batch processing knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

• Angular knowledge
• Knowledge of working with Windows Services, and creating of new ones
• Matric and relevant degree/ diploma
• Net (C#)
• Sql Server
• MVC 4 knowledge (Razor and Aspx)
