Job Description:

Mr Price Group is looking for a motivated and passionate partner, to provide administrative and general support/assistance to the Group ER & Transformation Director and People Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide adhoc assistance to ensure efficiency and workflows within the departments.
  • Arrange any travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Management and capturing Fair Call data on approved platforms.
  • Administration of the company’s ER and Generalist People function.
  • Collection of food and beverages from the canteen.
  • Manage all aspects of the Group ER & T Director and People Director’s calendar.
  • Consolidating and preparing for board meetings and submitting packs.
  • Supporting Employee Relations and People administrative tasks as determined by the department’s strategic priorities.
  • Analyse and draft reports where required.

Job Requirements:

  • 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Report compilation
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word & Power Point).
  • Confident and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and works independently.
  • Office Management.
  • Highly organized.
  • Grade 12 with a relevant qualification.
  • Attention to detail.
