Job Description:
To maximize the profitability of the Service department by means of effective costing and claims within warranty parameters.
Job Responsibilities:
- To record and update service history and vehicle details accurately
- To ensure the security of cash taken
- To perform daily follow-ups with customers
- To maximise service sales by using professional sales techniques
- To carry out a physical inspection of the vehicle with the customer (damages to be noted)
- To record customer’s details and requirements accurately by means of a Job card
- Mileage of vehicle to be noted on the job card on inspection of the vehicle
- To ensure the highest level of efficiency and courtesy when dealing with the customer
- The Service Advisor will be responsible to maximize service sales and maintain high levels of customer care:

Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge of Volvo and UDSA Warranty and Costing policy and procedures will be an
- Knowledge of UCHP operating systems (Auto mate)
- Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level
- Computer Literacy,
- 1-year experience in similar environment.
- Valid Driver’s
