Job Description: To maximize the profitability of the Service department by means of effective costing and claims within warranty parameters. Job Responsibilities: To record and update service history and vehicle details accurately To ensure the security of cash taken To perform daily follow-ups with customers To maximise service sales by using professional sales techniques To carry out a physical inspection of the vehicle with the customer (damages to be noted) To record customer's details and requirements accurately by means of a Job card Mileage of vehicle to be noted on the job card on inspection of the vehicle To ensure the highest level of efficiency and courtesy when dealing with the customer The Service Advisor will be responsible to maximize service sales and maintain high levels of customer care: Job Requirements: Embracing diversity and Identify problems, report and suggest Quickly builds effective relationships with colleagues, manager and key stakeholders/customers.
