Job Description:

To assist the Channel Enablement Management team in Centurion as a Service Audit Team Leader. The range of products you will work on includes our Investo and Traditional products

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and report on the progress of identified gaps and improvement initiatives.
• Advising on training requirements where gaps are identified
• Managing own performance and development.
• Ensure that feedback is given to the various business units and that identified gaps and recommendations are clearly communicated.
• Ensure the quality and comprehensiveness of reports generated by the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to agree on Service Audit requirements
• Review Service Audits for impartiality, consistency, and quality.
• Manage the Service Audit team through effective capacity management, training, and development.
• Managing team performance and development
• Ensure improved client experience over time through effective Service Audit management and initiating appropriate feedback loop
• Ensure that stakeholder feedback on the identified gaps and recommendations is obtained and recorded.
• Prioritising and planning of all Service Audit requests.
• Establish and manage the Momentum Retail life Service Audit framework.

Qualification & Experience:

• A relevant degree or diploma will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in insurance products, contracts and knowledge of the relevant industry legislation and relevant industry agreements are essential.
• At least 5-year relevant experience in the Life Insurance and Financial Services sector, specifically in a client service environment.
• Sound numerical skills and computer literacy is essential especially in the use of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Previous experience in the Service Audit function is required
• Matric/Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent.
• Detailed product knowledge of Momentum’s Investo and Traditional products is required.
