Job Description:
Our Advisers within the Non-Motor Claims Department are committed to providing Momentum STI clients and brokers with awesome service and to making their experience with Momentum STI enjoyable, easy and convenient. A Non-Motor Claims Adviser captures, validates and finalises contents and other various claims from clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve queries from clients/service providers
- Liaise with clients, service providers & assessors
- Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place
- Validate claims within turnaround time
- Payment of claims and invoices from service providers within specific turnaround times
- Handle administration and follow ups concerning claims
- Handling and resolving queries and problems from clients and service providers
- Capture/Register claims on the PREMIA systems

- Computer literate is essential
- Problem solving/initiative

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualification & Experience:
- Previous call centre experience with an above average performance track record
- Matric or qualification equivalent to matric
- At least 1 year claims experience in a short-term insurance industry
