Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to accurately process information; post journals and perform reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Managing payments to suppliers
- Prepare reconciliations for all suppliers
- Prepare month end journals
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all GL accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare VAT reconciliations
- Responsible for intercompany accounts
- Any other ad hoc duties
- Manage fixed asset register
Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Computer literate in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Sage X3 experience – preferable
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting
- Minimum 3-4 years’ Accounting experience
