Job Description: To develop new & drive existing digital GMD channels whilst optimizing the X-management of all GMD Of- and On-Line Channels. To translate and oversee the implementation of the Omnichannel strategy ensuring the best overall Customer Experience within the GMD Division. Job Responsibilities: Ensure correct stock levels in Fulfillment sites in collaboration with Planning Promote co-operation in working with others to achieve shared goals Achieve KPI’s / deliverables within agreed time-frames and according to quality standards Implement and execute category-specific growth strategies that meet or exceed company and department expectations Demonstrate PnP values Implement strategic initiatives that capitalize on new and innovative ways to understand and address market trends and variances Communication to all stakeholders to increase In-stocks and reduce OOS Collaborate with others to achieve results Taking appropriate action and ownership (speedy, cost-effectively) to address Overstocks and/or Distressed Stock Establish unique supplier solutions across a range of products and geographical areas to achieve improved margin and innovation through delivering a positive outcome.
