Job Description:

To provide support to the operational area of the business unit in terms of the control measurement, certification and cost reporting for the projects as well as providing commercial and contractual guidance and projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Measurement of work
• Communication and recordkeeping
• Strategic planning and continuous improvement
• Reporting
• Management of subcontractor functions
• Commercial management, tendering, and contracts negotiations

Job Requirements:

• English as preferred language to speak, write and communicate
• Computer Literate (Microsoft office suite, scheduling software, financial system)
• Good ability to write reports and presentation clear written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with senior management
• Good negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good financial and technical skills with regards to construction work especially civil and electrical

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 years Management Experience (Senior QS Role)
• Relevant Degree or Diploma Quality Surveying or Similar
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Electrical or Civil Construction Industry, related to Quantity Surveying
• Professional Registration would be beneficial
• Valid Driver’s License
