Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Project manage all Learning Management Systems (LSO) system changes/new Functionality/system upgrades
- Analyse WSP statistical data and formulating recommendations for line management
- Ensure Learning Management Systems (LSO) master data integrity by being the gatekeeper in maintaining consistency, uniformity and accuracy of all SAP Education Training and development master data
- Ensure effective communication with fellow professionals as well as internal and external clients to work on ETD related matters and or share information
- Run and analyse training reports and provide recommendations to line directorates/departments
- Provide guidance and support to all line directorates/departments and other Learning Management Systems (LSO) users pertaining to the resolution and prevention of system issues
- Conduct research on new technologies to improve Learning Management Systems(LSO)
- Provide input and resolve complex queries and problems around procurement of providers and ETD related queries
- Applies a substantial body of ETD knowledge and experience to develop and implement a range of programs, systems, policies and practices across Directorates/Departments and Branches
Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant B-degree ( Human resources B-degree will be advantageous)
- 5 plus years managerial/ supervisory experience
- 7 plus years SAP LSO experience
