Job Description: ACUDEO College Schools is founded on the intent to offer affordable quality education in areas where this was previously inaccessible or severely limited. Job Responsibilities: Reconcile bank statements; Verify, allocate and post detailed business transactions into relevant accounts for the school; Allocate and capture debtors payments, collection of bad debts using the necessary methodology including telephonically and issuing letters, Allocation of control accounts: Income and Expenditure and; Report on and resolve reporting discrepancies, on an ongoing basis; Follow-up calls for accounts that are outstanding/ in arrears Arranging payments to suppliers and reimbursement to Staff. Qualification & Experience: Good communication skills Minimum 3 – 5 year’s debt collection experience Outstanding communication skills Grade 12 Excel knowledge is essential Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping/Finance or Similar.
