Job Description:

This role entails primarily working on high volume transactions for our Private Banking business. The role requires risk consciousness, attention to detail, emotional maturity, good administration skills and a thorough understanding of the bond registration process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Instruct attorneys and sign loan docs on behalf of the Bank
• Actual checking of the documentation and verification of supporting docs
• Check that loan docs have been signed correctly.
• Guarantee numbering & loading on finance
• Maturities
• Preps, registrations
• Loading of securities in finance (Security model) (All sureties and other securities)
• Collateral
• To work on high volume transactions
• Instructions (IPHL,Vacant land, Building bonds & Commercial deals)
• FADV/Access/Unutilised guarantee’s

Job Requirements:

• B.Com / LLB Degree
• Admitted Attorney
• Conveyancing knowledge and/or experience preferable
• 3 years Banking Experience
