Job Description:
To manage market positioning, market intelligence, new business, advances, reporting and structuring of more complex deals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement differentiated service models for client segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the sales strategy
- Contributes to the development and execution of the business unit strategy through the development and implementation of the People Strategy and operational objectives
- Monitoring of changes in laws, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices, drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions
- Drive an increase in average balance of specific portfolio of liabilities (e.g. Call reports, 32 Day Deposits, Fixed Deposits) as defined in the
- Financial Performance Report of the Business
- Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients (optimising revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clients
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients (optimising revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clients
- Drive an Increase in average balance of specific portfolio of assets as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the business
- Provide sales support efficiencies and services in order to ensure retention of clients
- Manage accounts and interests of top clients to ensure retention and growth
Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:
- Post Graduate Degree
- 3-4 years related
