Job Description: To provide guidance in the implementation, installation, configuration and testing of system software on all relevant mainframes to code and automate tasks that optimise processing aligned to business requirements Job Responsibilities: Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions Manages risks in own area of responsibility Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Configure, install and test relevant system software on mainframe systems and distribution platforms to support end user requirements Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Monitor the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure to continuously improve service delivery Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development Job Requirements: At lest 2 years + working in an alert management environment Required certifications: • ITIL v3\4 • MCSA or MCITP • Linux Certification • A+ and N+ Please note that this role is a 24/7 Shift work.
