Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Voice Logging Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership by effectively capturing products to existing and new potential clients and at the same time verifying details, product selection and confirmation of sale. Must have a natural sales ability and be able to sustain relationships by engaging with the customers by going the extra mile

Job Responsibilities:

• Capturing large amounts of manual applications/sales in a timely manner
• Accurate capturing of sales and clients’ personal details
• Liaising with clients via e-mail and phone
• Handling and overcoming client objections, focussing on Opening, Closing, Telephone Etiquette, e.g. buying signals
• Achieving a minimum QA (Quality Assurance)
• To capture information from hard copies to electronic system
• Verifying details and product with all applicants
• Accurate scheduling of fitments
• Identifying customers’ needs through probing

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Operational
• Team Player: Working with others independently to attain both individual and team objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure and under stressful conditions
• Strong Computer literacy
• Ability to manage relationships between and within different
• Attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:

• Must be flexible to work/be available on weekends and after hours if necessary
• 1 Saturday per month is compulsory
• Proven track record of an Outbound Sales Call Centre position
• 3 years’ experience in data capturing
• 3 years+ experience in a Sales Outbound call centre (telematics experience advantageous),
• Matric / Grade 12
