Job Responsibilities:
- Compiling recons and sending out of supplier remittances
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects where necessary
- Creating requisitions
- Regularly update management regarding the financial status of the company
- Preparation of Balance sheet recons
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements
- Obtaining all required sign offs
- Research financial variances and analyze financial data
- Assisting with all audit queries when required.
- Establish well-documented systems for recordkeeping and accounting
- Handle and resolve accounts related queries with suppliers
- Always strive for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Preparation of journals
- Running the month end processes for accounts payable

Qualification & Experience:
- 3 years of analytical experience
- Advanced Excel
- SAP
- Suitable Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Accounting / Financial Management) Completed or in progress.
