Job Description:
To provide a General Administrative support service in Training Groups
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and trend Training Department purchase orders and material stock.
- Maintain training information databases.
- Administrate, maintain and control training administration processes
- Perform SAP related duties for the respective Training Group
- Prepare training materials and aids for training sessions.
- Collate and maintain asset registers.
- Perform department procedure records configuration management.
- Update training material in electronic format
- Invigilate examinations
- Compile statistical reports and provide an administrative service which includes typing.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of training documentation, systems and processes
- Group Learning Facilitation
- Knowledge MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power point) (Computer Literacy)
- Individual Learning Facilitation
- Knowledge of SAP and Eskom software applications
- Assessor
- Have high level of drive and motivation
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 Years’ experience in Training administration and statistics
- Grade 12
