Job Description:
To manage the effective operation of a specialised live work resource pool providing a specialised technical service to internal and external customers in an operating unit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides an internal and external stakeholder management service
- Manages the development optimisation and utilisation of live work resources
- Financial controls, governance and contracts management
- Compliance with SHEQ and legal requirements
- Manages the optimisation of adequate skilled human resources
