To manage the effective operation of a specialised live work resource pool providing a specialised technical service to internal and external customers in an operating unit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides an internal and external stakeholder management service
  • Manages the development optimisation and utilisation of live work resources
  • Financial controls, governance and contracts management
  • Compliance with SHEQ and legal requirements
  • Manages the optimisation of adequate skilled human resources
