Job Description:
To provide a training service
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform any other legitimate activity as required
- Provide training
- Perform training needs analysis
- Develop and update training modules, manuals and procedures
- Perform assessment and evaluations
- Co-ordinate and control the learning process
- Provide a training advice
- Provide administrative support service
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) requirements
- Training Material Design and Development skills
- Consulting and Counselling skills
- Evaluation and Assessment skills
- Facilitation skills
- Data Processing and Computer skills
- Interviewing skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12/N3
- 4 years’ related experience
