Job Description:

Provide an effective site project quality service to support the officer project management(quality control) and manager programme management or project coordinator engineering in order to ensure that all allocated projects are completed within the time

Job Responsibilities:

• Support to project quality and progress.​
• Support to compliance to statutory regulations and Eskom regulations, policies, standards, procedures and instructions.
• Support to successful project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Leadership: (Team player, motivating teams, coaching, mentoring, developing) achievement orientated, integrity and values, build effective teams, business acumen, change leadership, communication and engagement and coaching.
• Knowledge: Construction, Maintenance, New Engineering Contract accreditation, Quality surveillance certificate, civil and foundation certificate, safety representative, administration as per ISO 9000, coaching skills, technical report writing skills, computer literate.
• Skills: Analysis/judgement/problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client focus, developing organizational talent, teamwork/collaboration, negotiation/persuasiveness, planning and organizing.
• Behavioral : Dealing with complexity, decision making, Influencing and persuading, providing direction through change, resilience and
• flexibility, working with authority and creativity.

Qualification & Experience:

• Completed practical training.
• NQF4 with 120 credits
• Trade Certificate
• Construction/Maintenance experience.
