Job Description: To effectively measure and manage the outsourced services to ensure efficiency and contract adherence in terms of client relations, operational performance, commercial and financial performance, people management and development, quality management and continual improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Manage Staff (Direct reports) in line with BCEA and LRA Client and business report are communicated on time Management of QMS according to company policies and procedures Ensuring all OH&SA regulations are complied with within area of responsibility Liaising & communication to key stakeholders Daily monitoring of departmental performance by achieving all daily KPi’s Improve productivity & efficiency on monthly basis Organizing, Planning and executing of daily work deliverables according to set agreements with clear communication Current & Future State planning of Staff development and succession planning for direct reports Continuous improvement plan by determining location activity footprints and overall maximization of storage space Creation and maintenance of repeatable & reliable processes activities according to quality policy Evaluations of process performance on a monthly basis with focus on process activity enhancements Executing Staff performance review’s Ensuring collaborative staff engagement at all levels Identify & report discrepancies / irregular standards on daily basis and root cause analysis completed per deviation Job Requirements: Ability to work extended hours when required Must be able to meet customer expectations and ensure compliance with Policies; Regulations; Work Instructions and Work Demand Required to be self-motivated, committed and able to work under pressure Must demonstrate initiative High work rate and attention to detail QMS, SHE and Continuous Improvement Processes and Risk Management skills and experience; Well-developed communication skills Own vehicle and driver’s license Must be conscientious about meeting deadlines. Be prepared to travel and moved around Extensive stock control, process adherence and warehousing skills & experience; Advanced planning abilities Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Warehouse Management/Supply Chain & Logistics Management qualification (or similar) 5 year experience in Warehouse Management Systems Excel Any online ordering application.
