Job Responsibilities:
- Continual feedback and communication with customer.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Monthly KPI reporting.
- Assist in handling daily communication and correspondence to external customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing customers.
- Manage the clients requirements outlined on client SOP and DHL GF Standard Work Manuals.
- Ensuring effective follow through of DHL invoices for payment by customer.
- Assist customer with inventory planning.
- Monitoring and following up on shipments until delivery.
- Attending to client queries as required.
- Assist in the development and growth of the client.
- Provide front line contact with customer.

Qualification & Experience:
- Basic Financial Acumen (Revenue, Cost, Gross Profit, etc)
- Must have a Matric
- Results driven, KPI focused and attention to detail
- 5 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Computer and Microsoft Office Literate
