Job Responsibilities:

  • Continual feedback and communication with customer.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Monthly KPI reporting.
  • Assist in handling daily communication and correspondence to external customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the clients requirements outlined on client SOP and DHL GF Standard Work Manuals.
  • Ensuring effective follow through of DHL invoices for payment by customer.
  • Assist customer with inventory planning.
  • Monitoring and following up on shipments until delivery.
  • Attending to client queries as required.
  • Assist in the development and growth of the client.
  • Provide front line contact with customer.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Basic Financial Acumen (Revenue, Cost, Gross Profit, etc)
  • Must have a Matric
  • Results driven, KPI focused and attention to detail
  • 5 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Literate
