Job Responsibilities:
- Escalate queries aligned to 3rd Party Service Provider Due Diligence process;
- Support with circulating of 3rd Party Service Provider information to the relevant VGI and Discovery Central Services Supporting Back Offices to further process information as and when required;
- Carry out timeous World Checks (Sanctions), while updating the findings within the required tracker; and
- Ensure all new 3rd Party Service provider information / data is captured timeously and checked annually within the VGI 3rd Party Service Provider Global Register;
- Update, monitor and own the VGI 3rd Party Service Provider Register while supporting the VGI Senior Vendor Contracts Administrator to ensure information tracked is aligned to approved contractual and commercial terms and matches VGI Business commitments – (daily activity);
- Gather and validate all 3rd Party Service Provider information at time of receipt – VGI Supplier Onboarding Form;
- Support, track and follow-up on annual and / or newly onboarded 3rd Party Service Provider Due Diligence submissions through multiple streams and processes;
- Help identify if any 3rd Party Providers who may access VGI Client and / or Member data have been asked to complete the mandatory Data Privacy and Security questionnaires timeously.
- Perform 3rd Party Service Provider vetting aligned to VGI 3rd Party Vendor Management process;
- Support the VGI Senior Vendor Contracts Administrator when needing to compile and present 3rd Party Service Provider Due Diligence progress reports;

Qualification & Experience:
- Competency with database technology
- Minimum 2 – 3 years general service experience within the corporate world.
- Minimum NQF 4 qualification – Supply Chain / Procurement related qualification
- 1-2 years administrative experience within the 3rd Party Service Provider and or Contract Management environments
- Fully proficient in Microsoft – Office 0365, Excel, Word,
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics / or similar Commercial Administration
- Previous experience within Discovery’s supplier chain environment
