Job Requirements:

• Sound and proven business acumen.
• Accepting and subscribing to the Christian values and ethos of the school.
• Ability to lead and nurture young staff members.
• Experienced diversity manager.
• Leading a dedicated staff team.
• Excellent management & leadership skills is a requirement.
• 10 or more years’ experience
• 5 years’ experience as a Deputy or Head
• Microsoft TEAMS experience is essential.
• A passion for education and children.
• Profound knowledge of the CAPS and IEB high school curriculum and phases.
• SASAMS experience.
• Must be Computer literate.
• Honours Degree in Education Management (recommended) or related field.
• 4-6 years’ experience in a management position
