Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ad hoc requests
- Provide business process support
- Manage AM/PM asset registers
- Manage and improve SAP PLM processes
- Manage research, development, and implementation of data
- Facilitate functions of personnel, systems, management and interfaces
- Manage and improve business processes
- Evaluate skills and participate in interview processes
- Represent Fleet Management in forums
- Define business roles in fleet management business processes
- Manage and improve maintenance planning/scheduling
- Identify technical gaps and training inadequacies
- Maintain processes to audit master data quality
- Manage fleet and monitor business processes
- People Management, training, and coaching.
- Formulate communiques to management
Job Requirements:
- Proven SAP plant maintenance proficiency
- Excellent business process design skills.
- Sound master data governance knowledge
- Relevant BTech or first degree
- Excellent report-writing ability
- A high degree of computer literacy
- Advanced project management skills
- Code B driver’s licence
- Technical and people management skills
- Minimum eight (8) years’ appropriate technical experience preferably in a SAP environment
