Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage ad hoc requests
  • Provide business process support
  • Manage AM/PM asset registers
  • Manage and improve SAP PLM processes
  • Manage research, development, and implementation of data
  • Facilitate functions of personnel, systems, management and interfaces
  • Manage and improve business processes
  • Evaluate skills and participate in interview processes
  • Represent Fleet Management in forums
  • Define business roles in fleet management business processes
  • Manage and improve maintenance planning/scheduling
  • Identify technical gaps and training inadequacies
  • Maintain processes to audit master data quality
  • Manage fleet and monitor business processes
  • People Management, training, and coaching.
  • Formulate communiques to management

Job Requirements:

  • Proven SAP plant maintenance proficiency
  • Excellent business process design skills.
  • Sound master data governance knowledge
  • Relevant BTech or first degree
  • Excellent report-writing ability
  • A high degree of computer literacy
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Code B driver’s licence
  • Technical and people management skills
  • Minimum eight (8) years’ appropriate technical experience preferably in a SAP environment
