- To be accountable for the administration for the Client onboarding process and own relationships with Agents
- To provide pre/post sale support and resolve customer related queries.
- To work closely with Business Bank divisions to address customer needs accurately and effectively.
- Industry knowledge on customer relationship management.
- Client relationship management principles, methodologies and tactics
- Customer Related research methodologies
- Financial / banking products and services
- Business knowledge, specifically payment services related.
- Banking knowledge
- Products and services provided by competitors.
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Relations Environment, and 2+ years in a customer relationship management capacity
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Customer Management
- A relevant qualification in Business Management or Customer Management
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Relations Environment, and at least 1 year should be in a customer relationship management capacity
