Job Responsibilities:
- To support the execution of the Data Optimisation framework, policies and standards by leading data management techniques and methodologies.
- To serve as the Data management subject matter expert and lead a Centre of Excellence, providing specialist technical support and expertise, products and tools to Data Services and the Bank as a whole.
- To be responsible for the operational management of the Data Management team and services within the Data Optimisation and Governance function

Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex Data Services projects
- Project and task planning and execution at a large scale within a complex and dynamic environment
- At least 3-5 years’ proven technical experience in;
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Data Analysis or Information Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis or Information Management
- One or more of the Data Governance and Data Management portfolios (not Capitec specific)
