Job Responsibilities:
- To increase penetration, productivity and collection results through extraction and analysis of data to ensure optimisation of dialler campaigns.
- To take responsibility for the generation of reports to demonstrate performance of the Centralised Collections environment.

Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access or other data base systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Commerce
- 3 years dialler campaign management experience
- Contact centre outbound and preferably collections
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Team coordination / liaison using technical (know how)
- 4 – 5 years dialler campaign management
