Job Responsibilities:

  • To increase penetration, productivity and collection results through extraction and analysis of data to ensure optimisation of dialler campaigns.
  • To take responsibility for the generation of reports to demonstrate performance of the Centralised Collections environment.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access or other data base systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Commerce
  • 3 years dialler campaign management experience
  • Contact centre outbound and preferably collections
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Team coordination / liaison using technical (know how)
  • 4 – 5 years dialler campaign management
