Job Description:
The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all stock held by the business is correctly and neatly located, binned and displayed at all times and that all racks, bays, gondolas and such holding, or display systems are maintained in a good and clean state at all times
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Manage Customer Base
- Administration and Reporting
- Placement of stock
- Achieve Sales and Gross Profit Targets
- Ensure Stock is displayed correctly
- Receiving and Checking
- Merchandising of Stock
- Follow up on quotes
- Report on Depletion or removal of stock
- Reporting on Damaged Stock
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage and coordinate regular stock takes
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Interact with customers
- Proven success in personal selling (achieving sales targets), customer service finding new business (customer) and converting it to actual sales.
- 1 year’s shelf packing/merchandising experience
